Graduated from Centre College in 1967, Kent School of Social Work (UL) in 1977, and Brandeis School of Law at UL in 1983.
After an almost 31 year career teaching freshman English at UL (1970-71) and working as an administrator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in social sciences and mental health (1971-2000), I joyously retired in September 2000.
I
was born to be retired! I love to travel, especially in England, France and
Italy. I sing soprano with my church choir and in the Louisville Bach Society. I’ve
done a lot of volunteer work since retiring, notably with Musica Toscana (board
VP) and the Alliance Francaise de Louisville (board president and VP), and with
my church, Calvary Episcopal. I currently serve as the Trust Administrator for
the Dachshund Club of America Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
