Graduated from Davidson College in North Carolina in 1967 and from the University of Kentucky School of Law in 1970. Sallie and I were married in 1969.
Worked at the US Department of Justice and as an Assistant United States Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia until 1975; moved to Louisville to practice law with emphasis on commercial litigation. Am still with the same firm and have no current plans to retire.
We live in a pre-Civil War home in Pewee Valley demanding of time and money. Hobbies include reading, gardening, keeping up with kids and one grandchild.

Seneca memories: Mike Redd leading the Seneca Redskins to the 1963 State
basketball championship! Also Mr. Ewing’s chair, with Mr. Ewing in it, falling
over backwards in geometry class.
