I
graduated from Centre College in 1967 and returned to Seneca, along
with several other classmates, to teach English. Three years later,
I quit teaching to begin my family. I have two children, Shelley '71 and
Grant '75, and they each have two children. After 12 years of
being a "stay-at-home" mom, I returned to teaching English
in Oldham County and retired last year from South Oldham High
School. My husband, Peter, owned and operated convalescent centers
and is now semi-retired as a health care consultant. We spend
our time boating on Kentucky Lake, doing lots of yard work, and enjoying our
grandchildren.
