I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1967 with a degree in Industrial Administration, then spent several years in the Air Force Security Service (Communication Security) with tours in Iraklion, Crete (Greece) and Clark Air Base, Philippines, where I obtained my private pilot’s license at the base aero club.
After
my discharge, I worked at GE Appliance Park, York International in
Madisonville, KY and Modine Manufacturing in Harrodsburg, KY. I am certified in
lean manufacturing (UK ’97). I retired from Modine as Manager of Manufacturing
Engineering in 2005.
My wife and I (+ four kitties) are in the process of moving back to Louisville from Danville, KY, as we continue to make upgrades to our Louisville home. We enjoy antique shows, especially ‘50s paraphernalia. I am currently serving as mayor of the City of Meadowview Estates.
